Obituary for Thelma Dianna Davis
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dianna Davis, age 75, passed away on October 1st, 2022, in Tallahassee, FL.
Dianna was born in Port St Joe on May 25, 1947, where she eventually met and married her husband of 58 years Herbert Davis. Dianna is survived by her children Herbert Davis and Melissa Garrett, grandchildren Chavon Winfield, Khrystal Raffield, and Lance Davis, and 8 great grandchildren. Dianna will be reunited with her parents Russel Walden and Pansy Walden, her sister Charlene Walden, her brother Dennis Walden, and her grandchild Hank Garrett in Heaven.
Dianna was an active member of First Assembly of God and dedicated her life to serving the Lord. Dianna was admired by many for her faith in God and devotion to her family. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and attending activities with the church. Dianna’s absence will be greatly felt by both the community and her family.
Services will be held at First Assembly of God Church, Thursday, October 6, 2022. Viewing will be held for the family beginning at 2 PM and at 2:30 PM for friends of the family. Funeral services will begin at 3 PM followed by graveside service.
