Sherry Diane Alday-Meagher moved to Heaven on Saturday December 28, 2024, at 5:00 pm while at her home. Sherry was preceded in death by the love of her life, Mikey Meagher; daughter Serrianne Cenette McKinley; parents, Gene and Cennette Alday, and brother Danny Alday. Sherry was loved and will be greatly missed by her surviving siblings and their spouses. Debbie Merritt (Edwin), Timothy (Buck) Alday and (Rhonda); stepson and wife, Justin & Brianna Meagher, grandchildren Brailynn, Maxton and Maverick; Mother and Father in-law, Peggy Meagher and Perry Bracewell, and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her adopted family and by love members and friends. Sherry was an active member of Sycamore Methodist Church and taught Sunday School. She was employed at IFAS in Quincy.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Sycamore Cemetery. The viewing will be held at the cemetery from 1:00-2:00 PM.
