Marie McDowell Shepard Fersterman, 89, passed away June 22, 2015. She was born in Bristol, Florida and had lived in Pine Grove since 1947. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God Church. Visitation will be Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 10:00 AM with service to follow at 11:00 AM at Bethel Assembly of God Church, Pine Grove Church Road, Greensboro, FL. Interment will be at Pine Grove Cemetery. She is survived by a son Wallace (Peggy) Shepard of Reston, a step-son Harold (Tina) Shepard of Greensboro, grandchildren Jason and Ashley Shepard, Tracy Earnest and Shaun Rudd, great-grandchildren Savannah, Gracie, Gary Michael, Ryan and Billy Joe Shepard, Jessie and Marah Earnest, and great-great-grandchild Daisy Earnest. She was predeceased by husbands Hubert M. Shepard and George Fersterman, and sons Gary Daniel and William Michael Shepard. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Assembly of God Church, 1882 Pine Grove Church Road, Quincy, FL., 32351 Charles McClellan Funeral Home, Quincy, FL., is in charge of arrangements.
