Obituary for Johnie Ruth Clark
Johnie Ruth Braswell Clark, 78, of Greensboro, Florida, went home to the Lord on December 7, 2021. She was born on January 31, 1943, in Donaldsonville, Ga. the daughter of Willis Crawford and Bedia Remell Braswell. Ruth was the wife of 45 years to James “Jimmy” Clark who preceded her in death. She was a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Ruth is survived by her five children: Joel (Rhonda) Clark, Connie (Homer) Hostetter, David (Christy) Clark, Brenda (Mario) Martinez, Linda (Luis) Cordova, 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters: Joann Wilks, Nyoka Anthony, Imogene (John) Reeves, 2 brothers: Bill (Diane) Braswell, Larry Braswell, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Services will be held Friday, December 10, 2021, at Greensboro United Methodist Church. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm followed by the service at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at Sycamore Cemetery.
