Ima Jean Durden Davis “Lady”
Ima Jean Durden Davis, or better known as ‘Lady’, 77, passed away Friday May 24th 2019 at her home. She went peacefully in her sleep to be with her Lord Jesus. Lady was born in Ft Lauderdale, Fl where she was raised by her parents Louie and Willie Mae Durden until they relocated to Liberty County. She lived here off and on for a few years but always considering this home. She was an amazing woman and loved by many. She lived a full rich life with many adventures. Always smiling and telling a good joke or story. She would tell you her greatest adventure was her family.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Louie and Willie Mae Durden, her brothers, Richard Durden and Tiny Durden, and several step siblings.
Survivors are her daughter, Melissa Watson, her son Beau Davis and his wife Wendi, and stepson Anthony Snyder, ten grandchildren, Samantha Williams and her husband Shelby, Trey Watson and his girlfriend Emily Hood, Alex Watson, Diamond Clemons, Lucas Sykes, Amber Everett and her husband Daniel, Emma Davis, Ella Davis, Avery Snyder and Elizabeth Snyder, five great grandbabies, Hank Williams and his unborn baby brother or sister, Treys unborn son, Millie and Lanie. Many other family members.
Services will be held Saturday June 1st, 1:00pm at Telogia Baptist Church in Hosford, Florida.
