Obituary for James Ross Chambers
James "Ross" Chambers was born 5/21/63 to James "Kelby" and Sally Chambers. He was born to eternal life on 11/21/2017. Ross was raised in and eventually settled down in Eastpoint to raise his own family. He met his wife Mindy (Green) Chambers in 2013 and loved her with every piece of his heart ever since. This tight community living resulted in a kind of pride for the Franklin County School and its athletics that could not be reproduced. It was more than assumed, it was expected, that Ross would be in the stands cheering whether for his own children or simply for the team as a whole. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and all around outdoorsman spending as much time as possible in the woods or on the water with the people he loved. Love and Faith were two things that were very important to Ross and it would be hard to find another person who had more than he did of either. Ross was known as an emotional man, so during this time, do not hide your grief or your tears. Wear them as a badge of honor for the man who touched the hearts of everyone he met. Cry for your pain, cry for those who missed the chance to meet this man, but do not cry for him because he is seated with the Lord these days. Ross is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Fennie Hudson and Ross Hudson and his paternal grandparents Orhan Chambers and Francis Chambers. He is survived by his parents, Kelby and Sally (Hudson) Chambers, the love of his life his wife, Mindy (Green) Chambers, his children Adrienne (Brittany) Chambers, Kayla (Ben) Bach, his step-children Morgan, Hunter, and Marci Kelley, and his siblings Donald (Melanie) Chambers and Susan (Brian) Falbe. Blessed be his memory.
