Harrell Wood Revell, 94, of Bristol, Florida went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2021. Preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Oren Jr., Jack & Gordon Parker Revell, his sister Alma Lee Callaway, his devoted wife of 52 years, Millicent Owens Revell and Edna Stanley Revell, his wife and dancing partner of 12 years. He is survived by his seven children and their spouses Terry & Nancy Revell, Brenda & Gordon Forster, Tim & Karlene Revell, Sharon & Randy Mackey, Gar & Trel Revell, Shawn & Marsha Revell, Oren & Rachel Revell. Â
Harrell Wood Revell was born to Ethel Mae (Dollie) Harrell Revell and Oren Stephen Revell on April 2, 1927 in Bristol, Florida.Â
Harrell Wood married Millie Owens on May 25, 1947 together they raised seven children. Their family would grow to include 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and two special nephews Danny & Ricky Revell.
Harrell Wood Revell was Sheriff of Liberty County serving the people for 27 years.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranches 9291 US Hwy 90 Live Oak, Fl. 32360Â
Services will be held at First Baptist Church of Bristol, Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 12:00 pm. Visitation will beat the Church from 11:00 am until service time. Interment will follow with Military Honors at Lake Mystic Cemetery.
