Obituary for Evelyn McClendon Youngblood
Evelyn McClendon Youngblood, 93, of Eastpoint, Florida, passed away at her home August 12, 2021. She was born in Florida on June 11, 1928, to Charles Atkins and Susie Marshall McClendon. She spent most of her life as a homemaker, raising her family and clerking in retail stores.
She is survived by her children and their spouses; Polly and Gene Armstrong, Martha and Larry Hatfield, James Friddle, Marlene and Joe Perry, Louise and Doug Grimes, Michael Friddle and Mitchell Friddle; her grandchildren, Jenny Hamm, Henery and Eugene Armstrong, Larry Dewayne Hatfield, Johanna Ray, Jacqulin Hope Tharpe, Angela Marlene White, Mary June Urich and Justin Holland.
Family will receive friends Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Deliverance Tabernacle Church of God in Eastpoint until the service at 11:00 AM. A private interment will follow at Eastpoint Cemetery.
