Obituary for Elaine Hamilton Parramore
Elaine Hamilton Parramore, age 67, passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Dothan, AL, on October 14. Elaine struggled with medical setbacks as well as a broken heart after the death of her husband in July 2016. Elaine was a homemaker and her love for children led her to become a substitute teacher at Robert F Munroe as well as a Girl Scout Brownie leader. She always put her love for others before anything else and blessed each life she touched with unconditional love and comfort.
Elaine is preceded in death by her husband, Andy, and her parents, Collis and Elizabeth Hamilton.
She is survived by her two daughters, Andrea Parramore Clark and Elizabeth Parramore Nix, and three grandchildren, Corbyn and Addyson Clark and Andrew Parramore Nix.
A memorial service will be Friday, October 27, 2017, at Thomas Memorial Baptist Church in Quincy, FL, at 2:00 pm EST. The family will receive visitors an hour before.
