Obituary for David E. Wells
David Elester Wells, aka Weasel, 61 years old, of Bainbridge, Georgia passed away suddenly in the early morning hours of April 3, 2024.
David was born in Quincy, Florida on November 9, 1962. He is survived by his wife, his partner and his best friend, Elizabeth (Bess) Anne Wells, his parents Gladys Stephens Wells and Ronnie Wells; daughters, Julie Wells, Sayward King (grandchildren Sammy and Eli); his sons, Matthew Greene (wife Mindy, grandchildren Brayden, Everly and Jacob) and Timothy Greene (Alysa). He is also survived by his brother Stevie (wife Heather, their children Bella and Fletcher) and his sister Rhonda Edenfield (husband Rick and their children Tyler, Ashley and Josh). Additional survivors include beloved Uncles, Aunts, as well as many cousins, that loved him dearly and were of the some greatest influences in his life.
He is also survived by a13-year-old, blind, deaf little Boston Terrier that goes by the name of Ferbie.
Anyone that knew David knew how much he loved his dogs, Nascar , the Gators and Concrete. He loved to live large and he gave it everything he had.
There will be a private viewing for family only on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM. The family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 PM at Charles McClellan Funeral Home, 15 South Jackson Street, Quincy, Florida.
Graveside service will be held at Wednesday, April 10 , 2024, at 2:00pm at Concord Cemetery, Concord Fl.
