Obituary for Ouida Granger Cloud
Ouida Granger Cloud, 98, of Tallahassee, FL., passed April 20, 2018 at her home. She was born in Jackson County, FL., November 15, 1919. She was married to the late Flake C. Cloud, Sr., who predeceased her in 1981. She retired from the State of Florida, Department of Motor Vehicles.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Joy Cloud of Tallahassee, daughter and son-in-law, Celia and Reverend S. E. Newberry, and daughter-in-law, Lillie Kay Cloud of Quincy. She is also survived by her sister, Ruby Strickland, of Tallahassee, 8 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Flake C. Cloud, Jr.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 22, 2018, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Charles McClellan Funeral Home, 15 S. Jackson St., Quincy, FL. The graveside service will be held at New Hope Freewill Baptist Cemetery, Dellwood, FL., at 11:00 AM EDT (10:00 CDT), Monday, April 23, 2018. Reverend S. E. Newberry will officiate.
